I will modify this site to achieve full compliance, if discovered noncompliance materially harms or puts at risk some person, if someone will explain to me what modification I must make, if I feasibly can modify the site so that the modification achieves nontrivial beneficial effect in terms of risk or harm, and if the probability of harm is greater than the probability of injury by lightning strike (approx 1 chance in 1 million).
